What is your favorite ice cream flavor or any desert? Cakes, puddings, pies, cookies. Wow all those good stuff. Just any. It makes me wana buy some chocolate later.
Anything chocolate is my favourite dessert. Chocolate Fudge cake and cream or icecream, Chocolate Steamed sponge pudding, chocolate rice pudding, chocolate chip cake, coffee and walnut cake, chocolate brownies ETC ETC. I've just got an incredibly sweet tooth which I know i'm never going to kick, but I know i should. That's probably one of the reasons why i love the Harry Potter series so much, because there's loads and loads of yummy creamy chocolatey things in there.
Anything chocolate, any kinds of puddings accept for rice, any icecream with chunks of whatever in it, any kind of pies, and those little debby snacks. The list goes on.

If I were to put my list of favorite desserts up here and a dentist read it, they'd cringe. lol I like almost anything, except apple pie.
dirt. yum yum. hehehe sounds nasty, it's really good though. it's vanilla pudding, cool whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and oc course milk. you blend it all together, then when you have all the lumps out. in a bucket you breatk up oreo cookies and do layers of oreos the layer of mixture. and start and end with smashed oreos'. yumm. the reason for it called dirt, is it kind of looks like it when you put it in the bucket. you also can put a few gummi worms in the top for decoration.
yeah, that sounds good... I would have to say my favorate is ube ice cream... some of you might not know it, but it's from the Phillipenes and it's soooooo o god. Another is just mixing ice cream with anything chocolate... yumhmhmhmhmhmhmy! lol
love those chocolate eeclaires, pardon the spelling lol
Personally, there's nothing like a really good, old-fashioned, thick chocolate milk shake. In the absence of that, in the U.S., there's a chain of resturaunts called Outback. They have a desert called Chocolate Thunder from Down Under. Its a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, nuts and sprinkles and hot fudge. I'm gonna stop here. Haven't had breakfast yet.

pecan pie is my favorite dessert. also hot fudge sunday with coffee ice cream and chopped cashews on top. I also like gingerbread with lemmon sauce or frosting. Oh finally frosted sugar cookies.
I don't eat dessert-type sweets often, so I can't say I have a favorite dessert. But ideally, it would be vanilla ice cream with chopped nuts, fresh fruit, chocolate, graham cracker crust, and whipped cream mixed in. I've never tried it, but I would love to and I'm almost possitive I would love it. *smile*
Otherwise, my favorite sweets are:
* cookies: ginger snaps, peanutbutter, chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies (with nuts), and Oreos (with milk to dip them in)
* pies: lemon meringue, pecan, coconut cream
* cakes: coffee cake, pineapple cake, ice cream cake
* pastries: crunchy/flaky or jelly-filled pastries, glaze or chocolate doughnuts from a bakery
* others: root beer float
all that sounds pretty damn good, especialy right about now. lol
As far as pie, I love pecan, lemon meringue, pumpkin, and this chocolate cream pie that was served for dessert at GDB. omg, that was incredible.

I enjoy several things but my absolute favourite of all time has to be galaktoboureko. This is one of the very few things that I'd rather buy and not make cause the recipe will make your head spin! This is actually the easy! way.
Sorry this is in metric. I think when I did it for myself I used the converter on the page. Btw, this site has tons of other fantastic recipes on it for all sorts of stuff.

"INGREDIENTS
• Filling
• 7 eggs
• 230 gr. caster sugar
• 100 gr. semolina
• 850 ml creamy milk
• 1 vanilia pod, or 3-4 drops vanilia essence
• 30 gr. unsalted butter Pastry
1500 gr. fyllo pastry
120 gr. unsalted butter, melted
Syrup
150 ml water
1 cinnamon stick, or some lemon peel
170 gr. caster sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Serves 8 persons!
METHOD
Bring the milk with the vanilla pod to the boil gently, (If you are using vanilla essence do not add it yet). Withdraw from the heat, take the vanilla pod out and gradually add the semolina to the milk while stirring continuously with a wooden spatula. Return to a gentle heat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture has thickened. Take off the heat, mix in the butter and let it cool for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with the sugar untit they get pale and fluffy and gradually add to the cooled mixture while stirring. If using vanilia essence add it at this stage. Return to a gentle heat for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously, then withdraw from the heat. While working with the pastry, stir the mixture occasionally to prevent a crust forming on top. Butter a roasting dish approximately 39 x 28 x 20 cm. Prepare the fyllo pastry and fill in exactly the same way as described in Cheese Pie.
Bake in a preheated oven, gas no. 4/ 350 grades F/ 180 grades C, for 45 minutes until pale golden. Take out and cool for 10 minutes while you make the syrup. Dissolve the sugar in the water, add the aromatics and lemon juice and boil gently for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Let the syrup stand for 5 minutes, then remove the aromatics and slowly pour all over the galaktoboureko. Once the syrup has been absorbed, cut and serve.
You may, if you like, replace the vanilla with cinnamon and nutmeg powder.
Galaktoboureko is at its best eaten fresh, preferably when it is still warm, but is still good the next day. No need to keep it in a refrigerator unless the weather is particularly hot."
